Dining Room. Published at Sunday, October 16th 2016, 13:23:40 PM by Nynette Lesage.
Do you often imagine an imaginary (obviously) fight between dining room and no dining room? The first time I entered the house of my colleague, I was left wondering where she could possibly put her dining room. Without her agreement (I am sorry if you read this my colleague!), I walked around her house, trying to obtain a better look at how she design her house. To my surprise, there was no dining room in her house. When asked on the topic, she then answered that she did not like having a dining room because she lives alone and has no one to eat with. She would rather eat in the couch with the TV turned on and the channel tuned to TV serials.
I do not want to judge people with no dining room, but if you think about it, having a dining room is a very important thing. Your house is the place where you can be creative and people will often know of your personality by visiting your house. They will guest what kind of person you are judging by the way you decorate your house. A dining room will add a touch of personality to your house. If people see your house as a bland house, they will ultimately think that you are a bland person to hang around with.
The only thing that I think will be beneficial by not having a dining room is that you will safe space and you utilize that space, turn it perhaps into something that is not as space eating as a dining room. That is the only thing I can think of, and I myself would not switch a dining room for any other kind of room. In the end, having a dining room or not is a matter of choice; one that I will not force my decision upon. Though you will save space by not having one, you can earn a lot more by actually having one.
