Most people think that designing bachelor’s bedroom is easy, as long as you put Xbox in the room then everything is perfect. Well, that is true since single guy tend to choose minimalist design that is practical also functional. You can create a bedroom just like that, but you also can create a bedroom that gives a statement to everyone who comes to the room about its owner style. Here are few things we should consider.
Every individual has different lifestyles and from it we can identify what stuffs the owner should have. For example, the man who often works in night shift may need black curtains to block sunlight when he is taking a nap and prefer having comfortable bed to the latest video player set. Asking the lifestyles is the first question that every professional designers would ask for reference. The next thing you should consider is the possibility that another person will come to stay in the bedroom. Even though the one who asked you to design his room is not married yet, you should consider that sometimes in the future he will get married or at least having a partner. Thus you should consider to design a bedroom that may accommodate another person someday. You can make closet space bigger, use neutral hues that everyone could accept it, and provide things that a girl may like to use it like a blow dryer or body’s length mirror.
Most guy likes simple or darker, colors like white with brown also grey and black. Those colors are good and minimalist, but if you combine each other the room will look harsh and cold. You have to start being clever by choosing and arranging other accessories besides those colors to soften the cold colors. The last but not least factor to consider is bed mattress. A bedroom is a room where we end the day and rest. Nice, soft and comfortable bed mattress is a good choice to be an investment of designing bachelor’s bedroom. Don’t be enticed to buy the cheaper bed but has low quality. Your condition depends on how good you rest today.
